HOLIDAY PROGRAMMES

kids after school stick-boy.png

During the school holidays the children have an opportunity to really get stuck in to a project or activity. Stuck in doesn’t mean they’re ‘locked in’. There are still plenty of things to choose from, it’s just that they can go deeper, look longer, experience more and perhaps even develop a new skill. Children from all schools are welcome at any of our locations. You choose whichever programme suits you.

We normally have two trips per week, however we always try and offer an in house option as well. There may be additional charges on top of normal fees for these visits, but we’ll let you know in plenty of time for you to arrange payment.

Click below to find your preferred programme location and then see what is on offer these holidays and what information you need to know! Please note that not all holiday programs are available at all locations. All children are welcome to attend any of our programs, regardless of the area they live in or the school they attend.

Our Holiday Programmes are supported by the Ministry of Social Development Funding.

★ All children must be signed in and signed out using our tablet or phone ★ KAS does not supply breakfast, morning tea or lunch during the holiday programme ★ On trip days children must be at the programme no later than 8.15am. Also, please make sure you have someone as a back-up if you can’t make it by 6pm to collect your child. Late fees will be charged for pick up after this time. o Charge for phone call - $3.00/call o Charge for late fee - $25.00 per 15 minute increment, per child ★ For children attending 8am-3pm session, if you collect or drop off your child outside of this time, another invoice will be created for the extra session fee at the end of the week ★ Fees are to be paid prior to the start of the holiday programme, unless prior arrangements have been made with the office. Payment options are as follows: o Internet banking - Kids After School Ltd – ANZ 06 0401 0280875 00 o Credit Card – Through our online booking system, charges apply o Direct Debit – Through our online booking system, charges apply ★ To access the credit card and direct debit payment options, log in to our online booking system and click the payment tab, this will then show any outstanding invoices to be paid, click the invoice/s you wish to pay and then select the pay now button at the bottom of the page.
