★ All children must be signed in at before school care and signed out at after school care using our tablet or phone. For Before School Care, children must be accompanied into the programme by a parent/caregiver, and signed in using our tablet of phone ★ If you indicate you will be applying for a WINZ subsidy, please contact the office to discuss the next steps ★ If you do not let the programme know that your child will be away and they call you to confirm their absence, you will be charged a phone call charge. Also, please make sure you have someone as a back-up if you can’t make it by 6pm. Late fees will be charged for pick up after this time. Please see our Fee Schedule for these charges ★ For children attending early after school sessions, if you collect your child later than this, as indicated on our Fee Schedule, we will invoice the difference between the full and early session and send a separate invoice ★ Fees are to be paid on receipt of invoice distributed weekly in advance, on a Monday for the following week. Unless prior arrangement is made, payment is due by the Friday of the week of invoice ★ We have a few payment options available for you, these are: o    Internet banking - Kids After School Ltd – ANZ 06 0401 0280875 00 o    Credit Card – Through our online booking system, charges apply o    Direct Debit – Through our online booking system, charges apply ★ To access the credit card and direct debit payment options, log in to our online booking system (Aimy Plus) and click the payment tab, this will then show any outstanding invoices to be paid, click the invoice/s you wish to pay and then select the pay now button at the bottom of the page. Alternatively, you can set up a direct debit payment by selecting the Setup Scheduled Payment button. Both options will take you to a separate online form you will need to complete ★ If you need to change your permanently booked days, move to a causal booking or withdraw from the programme, five business days’ notice is required, and you must email your changes. KAS Programme staff are not responsible for notifying Head Office of changes  ★ If bookings are made by the programme on the day child needs care for, CASUAL rates will apply and will be chargeable if child is absent ★ If anyone other than the people listed on your parent portal come to collect your child, we will not allow them to take them without your written permission, it is preferred that you add them to your child’s authorised person’s list in Aimy Plus if this is a regular occurance. Your child’s safety is paramount to us ★ Early School Finish – Information will be sent out prior to the date. If your child is booked on this day, we will expect them at the earlier time, unless you have advised otherwise.  See fee schedule for charges. ★ Added extras:  o Kids After School provides a sunhat for each child for use during terms 1 and 4 o New entrants are provided a ‘bag tag’ to indicate the days they are booked into KAS ★ When registering, you will be taken to our parental portal where you enrol as a new parent, or if you are transferring from another provider that has also used Aimy Plus, then sign in with your previous sign in details. Your child/ren must be registered prior to commencing care.
